More and more reseller hosting providers start to offers end user support. For those who have never heard of this, it means that the reseller hosting provider implements a system throught which it will directly and transparently support your customers, otherwise known as "end users".

What is your opinion about this trend? Is this the way where the market should go? What do you think, would the hosting industry be overall better (have a better image) if all reseller hosting providers would support the end users?
