Which is important in SEO?SERP or PR?

As we all are familiar with SEO, In this,we all should be aware from two different words first is "PR" and second is "SERP".I would like to know which is the main factor in terms of SEO?

I assume that SERP is more important than Page Rank as most of us are focus about sales and not about reputation,so, SERP is important.

Pagerank can determine or at least strongly influence SERPs (search engine results pages). However, good rankings in SERPs (for well targeted keywords/keyphrases) are the main goal of SEO, so, if you get those, the Pagerank itself is ultimately unimportant. That is, unless you're planning to sell PageRank based advertising, in which case the SERPs are no longer your main goal.

All are the important, cause they all are linked with each other, one can only get PR if he do a perfect SEO, and similarly SERP is also gain by SEO, so one have to work hard on all of these,
