It really all depends on ones needs. A dedicated server is usually more powerful than a VPS, though there are exceptions. A fully managed VPS can be a relatively cheap way of getting server management for those who are not technical enough to do that job themselves.

Often times the provider itself can help guide a customer towards the service that best fits his needs.

Yeah, can absolutely agree with the previous post. You can always contact your hosting provider's support directly, tell them your specific needs and what you are planning to accomplish, see what they can offer you and how professional they are.

serverpoint.com comes to mind as a budget servers provider (unmanaged). I can't comment on their quality though.

burst.net I believe is also known for having low prices. From what I recall they have an imperfect track record. Then again they're also a big company, and stuff happens to anyone. It's all a numbers game.

I doubt that cheap managed server services can be any good. You could get a cheap unmanaged server and then buy management for it from a company like platinumservermanagement.com. I recall that they're cheap, relatively speaking. I didn't keep an eye on their reputation though, so you'll have to do your own research on that.

Sometimes you may be able to find a special offer on managed servers though. Try to follow the offers made by hosts in the advertising section at webhostingtalk.com.

Thanks again ,, you have guided me very well, now I can have a idea on how to move forward in this field, I think going with unmaged servers is a good option, and then buy a management services from another team is a good option though., This way we can reduce the cost.
