I've always been wondering.. Do people actually use the webmail included in our hosting packages? Personally I use Gmail for my emails, although I kinda like Roundcube too..

I almost never use webmail from the hosting account. I've rely on IMAP and Thunderbird. At times, I did think of moving all mail to Google Apps, but I didn't take the plunge yet.

Well I am using webmail and don't have any problems with it. However, for internal office use we are using Zimbra.
