In my case, neither. Generally speaking, what keeps me with a host (and most "utility" providers in general), is the service working as it should. Sure, it's nice to have a fast, helpful answer to your questions, but if you have to contact support several times a day, there's no price that can make up for the bother.

As for the price, I will buy only what I can afford, so there would be no point in complaining about that - unless there's a price hike of course. Smiley
