How practical are Underground Data Centers? Will they work out as a cheaper option to the normal ones? Is it better in terms of real estate availability and other resources? What are your views?

Sounds great idea and it seems a practical concept as well. If you search “Underground Data Centers” in Google, you will see some data centers who already developed their infrastructure under the ground. However, it is better to know what kind of plans they have to resist unexpected accidents or natural disasters.
