Don't use Cyberpixels

Though at one point Cyberpixels had a good reputation, it would be wise to avoid it completely.

I hosted my site there from 2002 - 2007. Support went from okay, to poor (after which the forum was taken down, presumably because too much criticism was appearing), to what now seems to be nonexistent. I've submitted numerous tickets over the last several months, none of which have gotten any response beyond the automated "we've received your message . . .".  I want to transfer my domain name elsewhere, but the nameserver they use (Enom) has Cyberpixels as the owner of record and, since Cyberpixels will not respond, they will not release my name to me for transfer.

I filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau, but they failed to answer.

Just don't.

Sorry to hear of your terrible hosting and domain registration experience. It's nice of you to take the time to warn others.

For validation purposes, please provide a domain name you've hosted with them. You may send it to me via PM if you don't want to make it public.
