Support:
Excelent! They have a toll free # that you can call 24x7 and speak with a tech. They have always answered my calls in under a minute. If you have to submit support tickets, you get an answer in an hour usually. They are all very friendly and know what they are doing. Most, if not all, of my issues have been handled and resolved in under 2 or 3 hours.
Service:
More then excelent! My server has been up for 104 days at the tiem of this post. You can verify that at

http://my-e-space.com/phpsysinfo . Speed is always good, and I have seen my server spike to an 18.5 load when we were under a DDOS attack, and the server never missed a beat!
Price:
I would say that for the level of service and support I receive, that they are under pricing their services! You can get a cPanel P4 3.0Ghz HT server with 1.6TB bandwidth for right around $200, depending what options you choose, at most $220
Overall:
I would say that they score a perfect 100% A+ on my score sheet!
