Unfortunately no, there is no such section. It is a small niche as far as I know. You might have more luck finding some information on this type of service over at webhostingtalk.com. Even there, there are probably only a couple of discussions a month on the subject.

I doubt that it is needed, I think that you can just create a thread about any VPN service and ask your questions there
