Default options changed

Hello everyone,

This is to let you know (if you didn't notice it) that several default forum options have been changed, such as making the "Quick reply" option "on" by default (in an attempt to enhance usability). Some of your current options might have been affected. The good news is that you can undo most of these changes from your profile, if you feel the need to.
