Structure change/improvement

Hello everyone!

After careful consideration, the forum's structure has been modified, to reflect the preferences and usage patterns of our membership.

We are a small community. Too many categories and boards are not a good thing. Less is more in our case. As such, several forums have been merged.

The increased usability will hopefully help encourage activity.
